Activities

The FHIR Community will facilitate a range of online activities to achieve its mission, including:

  • Build the community: We will make efforts to create and mature the FHIR community through activities such as hosting meetings/webinars, making proactive communications and hosting asynchronous, online communication/collaboration platforms. We will promote awareness and adoption of FHIR across the healthcare community, engaging both business and technical resources in its potential to modernize healthcare interfaces.

Join us on LinkedIn and Slack.
  • Create a learning environment: We will provide a platform for healthcare professionals, developers, and other stakeholders to learn about FHIR best practices, explore its capabilities, and share their expertise. We will curate a central repository of resources, including tutorials, guides, code samples, implementation case studies, and best practices documents.
  • Collaborate on implementation challenges: We will provide a platform for developers and implementers to share experiences, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions for common FHIR implementation challenges.
